Just gotta say how awesome i think our forwards played tonight, Especiall Coley and Prescott, Never took a step backwards. Some great yards up the middle and superb efforts defensively. I didn't expect us to dominate the Huddersfield pack as much as we did. Great effort

Mossop & Hoffman were immense too!

Prescott is a very under-rated player, always played well when I've seen him.

Yeh, they certainly deserve a mention aswell. Probably the best performance at prop from mossop actually imo. And im glad hoffman came back on in the 2nd half. I think we would of struggled without his experience out there.

Nice to see that even though lima maybe didn't have as big an impact as the others he too had a good solid game and looks to have improved!

Every single player was magnificent tonight, Hoffman................. the man's made of rock, one of the best signings for years this guy.

Coley, Prescott and Mossop were superb. Lima did some hard yards but nothing special.

What proved to me that he's a leader on the pitch was Lockers try. He didn't go to congratulate Lockers but went straight to Charnley.

Tusons defensive effort was outstanding

I think all the forwards deserve praise for such a terrific effort. I thought Preccy had another strong game and Lee Mossop was immense. Chris Tuson worked his socks off and a great defensive effort by H as usual.

Hoffman's performance just summed up what a class act he is. A leader and really gritty character. Have to say though that Lockers was my M.O.M but so many great performances in a top team effort.

Best team won tonight, but i wouldnt say your Forwards dominated ours. Quite a even game with your defence in your 20 been very good and our complete lack of how too attack. Both sets of Forwards played well for both teams neither deserved to be on a losing side, the game was won by the backs in my opinion.

Coley for me is simply our most important forward.

He’s our go to guy when we need to get out of the and he’s as uncompromising in defence as any player I’ve ever seen. A real great, hardworking and unflashy kind of prop who never seems to get the respect he deserves from other fans?

We’ve got Hock and Fielden to come into the pack as well. They will have to work dam hard to get into this current side as our pack is that good but knowing the type of professional Fielden is and the motivation Hock will have to prove everyone wrong it will massively push up the intensity in training and crank up the pressure on everyone to perform week in week out. That simply can’t be bad for Wigan.

The thing about Coley tonight, he knew he had to "man up" and he dominated Mason from the start.

He' leading our pack from the coal face. Mossop and Prescott only need to look at the way he plays and apparently trains also to see what they need to do in order to be a success at Wigan.

coley is immense - goes quietly about his business just isnt a real fans favourite . Shame really as he has been fantastic for Wigan for a couple of years now.Wish he wasnt retiring at the end of the year although confident that Prescott and mossop will lead the way when Coley leaves.

Superb effort from all of them. The big difference between the two sides seemed that we were making yards up front, whereas they had to rely on their kicking game (which was probably the only thing they did better than us).
