I don't understand why he isnt listed, all the incidents that are looked at by the disciplinary are listed regardless of whether there is a case to answer. The fact that he is not listed suggests that the incident was not even looked at. How can this be the case when he was put on report?

Cause it will be looked at, it was on report.

Maybe the people with slow motion replays saw it wasn't as bad as the Wigan fans who saw the incident live, from a distance and in the heat of the moment.

Thats possible but it isnt even listed. If an incident is put on report then it should be on there even if its just to say "no case to answer" as the incident was put on report. Its as if the "report" was ignored completely which shows even more how pointless "on report" is because they find other things and ignore the things the ref actually wanted them to look at!

Quite how the two Tomkins and Yeaman are the only names charged for fighting is beyond me, too. For starters, Fitzgibbon's kidney punches were within the letter of the law were they?

Manu has probably got away with all he did because the fight has distracted the disciplinary away from everything else. In real terms Tomkins (Sam) was one of very few who actually shouldnt be involved as he ran across to protect his brother by pulling guys away and not by punching as hes being charged with. Its ludicrous to be perfectly honest.

If he gets found not guilty tonight the evidence that he didnt punch anyone that ANYONE can watch on the SL site or on iPlayer wont stop the Hull fans piling onto our board to tell us its a disgrace he has got away with it etc. Of course I dont think the RFL watch the same footage as everyone else. How many times have u heard someone getting off on appeal because "a new angle showed he was innocent" despite all other 9 from 10 or whatever would clearly show he was not innocent? I bet if we had tried with Lima a few weeks back they would have "found another angle" too. Though to be fair that is mostly reserved for Morley, Senior or Peacock.

Sam's charge is from the first incident, not the sending off one, and there's no footage on that in any of the highlights I've seen.
