Was a late addition to the WCC Dinner this evening after only booking on at 4pm today, and i am extremely pleased that i did!

The event started slightly later than planned as the St George team had some issues with traffic leaving there hotel in Manchester. But once it got going it was a great evening.

The St George team where represented by Wendal Sailor, Mark Gasnier, Matt Cooper, Ben Thornby and Darius Boyd (who looked like he was bored to tears from the off).

Great interviews from Locky, Deacon, Hoff, Shaun Wane & Madge! And a 20 minute speech from IL!

All in all a great night and it makes you look forward to Sunday even more, whats clear is that both team ate ready for a serious crack at each other and it will one hell of a game!!

i thought it was a really enjoyable night, great food also. was upset that bennett wasn't there but it seems like he wouldn't have done a long speech anyway.

Darius Boyd is an odd ball, not suprised he looked bored to tears.

Had a cracking night. Looks like Brett Finch will be Ok for a job in the media when his playing days are over. He looked a natural at interviewing.
