I bet it not Ganson becasue he is the only one who doesnt take any crap from players. Its odds on to be Silverwood, Alibert or Bentham imo as the first two miss everything and Bentham, well we all know about him dont we? Any of them three will help Leeds dirty tactics as they will try and turn this match into a brawl.

IMO Alibert should be no where near either of the game due to the importance. It will be between Silverwood or Bentham. I think Bentham will get the Saints game, and Silverwood us

Smith is incompetent and seems to be the video ref of choice at the moment.

Bentham and Silverwood will be the referees this week I would guess.

Can't believe I'm saying this but, time to fetch Ganson back this game is going to need a strong ref. we will never get a ref who will be totally impartial but he is imo the best ref for the big games other than Silverwood.

But both have given dodgy/bad calls against Wigan this season against the whinoes

Gansom wasn't that strong in the last leeds game. He and his blind mice assistants were the only people (uncle fester aside) who couldn't see that ablett should have been sent off. Won't matter anyway - he's still on gardening leave.

Silverwood wasn't great on Friday - however I would take him, Smith or Thaler over Alibert. I'd take Hetherington to ref the game over bent-ham.

I honestly don't think we should worry who will be ref. There's every chance it will be someone we don't like, but, though I've been as critical of certain referees as everyone else, I feel that a only a strongly disciplined performance from Wigan will win this game.

To me Alibert is the only neutral ref but he is incompetent at times. All other refs are anti-Wigan and look to penalise us.

Fact is that the standard of refereeing is so poor that every ref seems to be against every team! Shame on the rfl and their two bob organisation!

i put money on it being bentham in all honesty i hope we get silverwood i think he is the best ref in the league by a mile i also think we should get a few of the aussie refs over for next season if they go back to the one ref rule as we have a lack of top officials in this country and the linesmen cant make a decision to save there lifes

By the way, I think we will get bloody Bentham. If we get through and we got Bentham in the final, he will be under far too much scrutiny to be as biased as his normal self.

My choice would be Silverwood, can you imagine Alibert this game, and with Smith, "that's punching your off " there would be nobody left on the pitch after 10 mins sorry 3 mins.
If it's Bentham so be it, we will have to play the ref at the " Raindome" whoever it is.

How about ,,,Whatsisname....Childs???,,.Can remember about 18 months ago he came in and reffed his 1st game on Sky and was superb.....Fast Forward to last saturday,and as a line judge he misses the most forward pass in the wire v Giants game,(to Hicks),..He might be in with a shout, like a previous poster said,the standard of Reffing in th is country atm is shocking..

Again i'm not concerned who the ref is as he'll play little part in the outcome.

We need to improve our discipline and kicking game if we're to win on Saturday. I think we can do that and think we can win the game regardless who the ref is..........even if it's Bentham.
