I remember joe's drop goal well. He kicked it and i had time to turn to my mum and ask was that a drop kick and the turn back round to see it go over the posts.

My overiding memory of the game was an old granny from warrington with the worst language i've ever heard stood near us on the corner. Put me off wire fans for life.

Richards at Huddersfield a couple of years ago. Wigan were 10 points down with 4 minutes to go. 2 quick fire tries and Super Pat has to convert from the touchline to win it for Wigan.

Not the best but a lot of pressure was drop goal Danny Tickle at Headingly in play offs about 5/6 years ago. I think it go us to Old Trafford but i may be wrong. Also Faz V Bradford at JJB after Radz last minute try got us within 1 point and we won the game.

not too many players would have even attempted the dropgoal Lydon got but remember Fax doing a drop out from under the sticks at the Boulevard. It wasn't the best of days weather wise and, as with Pat these days, we came to expect a his dropouts to go past the halfway line but on this occasion it went dead at the other end it was huge

i remember Carney kicking a goal at Hudds in...2005 i think...and it went over! last kick of the game, touchline kick and it sailed between the posts. bearing in mind he nearly went flat on his backside after kickin it - good effort!
