Just like the semi, you need Wire fans to sell it out.

To be fair, Wigan have shifted close to 19,000 on their own without any Wire fans - bar Leeds, there's no other club in the country who could even dream of doing that.

However,

Wigan average attendance, 15,102

Warrington average attendance, 10,580

And good on them Matt, just dont get having a go at Wire for not selling out there OWN ground.

Think all other teams attendances would be much higher if there match day, season tickets prices and so many reduced tickets were as cheap as Wigans, apart from Huddersfield who are the only club to have cheaper season tickets than Wigan. But i say good on Wigan for being so cheap to boost attendances, wish Warrington was as cheap as Wigan.

19,000 home fans is an excellent effort by any standards in Rugby League.

Wire will never have the fanbase or support that Wigan RL have so you may as well argue about something else because you will never win this one.

If that was the case then surely the clubs in question would just reduce their prices?

Until the owner makes you move an important play-off game. How much do you pay as rent and how long is the lease? At least both Wigan and Wire have kept admission charges down. I believe it's now £20 to grace the Belle Vue terraces.

That 10% is excellent as we have very few overheads, such as ground & pitch maintenance etc.

how did you work your %,s for that given each grounds capacity? because if you go each grounds capacity surely that makes wires avg better.

im sure that does make wires percentage better than wigans so just backfired on yourself there good try though

You can make any figures suit your point of view! Yes your percentage would be better but only because your ground is smaller!! But you havent got a crowd over 12thousand except when you played us!!

Wigan have about 850 tickets left, so I suppose with a decent walk up they could sell out.

Should be one hell of an atmosphere!
