Thirded, that would be the most awesome book ever! Despite what many think that man did more for rugby league than anyone else in the last 50 years, brought the sport kicking and screaming out of the dark ages!
Will always be a legend in my eyes, yes his last spell was a bit of a disaster, but the good times far far far outweigh the bad! |

It depends how it's written.
If it's in the style of Radlinkski's I would definitely buy a copy of Carney's. If it's written in the style of 'Billy Boston Rugby League Footballer' I would give it a miss. There is nothing worse than reading acres of match reports.

It would certainly be better than Longys which is the worst autobiography I've ever started. However one of my Saints supporting friends reckons Newloves was even worse.
I'm sure Uncle Mo's would be a superb read for ALL RL fans. |

I'd love to know the thinking behind the legend. What really makes him tick, what p$$es him off and all the stories he must have as well.
Shame that the kind of guy he is and what's made him great means he won't ever write one.
Also I'm sure Shaun Wane has a few stories.
