Hi,

I am currently ordering tickets for the England vs Australia game at the JJB/DW Stadium. I Was wondering if anybody could tell me roughly where seats 174, 175, 176 would be in the North Stand, by this I mean whether it would be in the centre or at the side.

I dont think they would be very central mate.
At a guess i would say around seat 80 ish would be in the centre.

You will be right in the East corner of the North Stand (near to the big screen). The stand is 180 seats across

No I don't travel that far for England games

30-odd of us rowdy Leythers at the back of the North Stand, if that helps

Will certainly be putting club loyalties aside and cheering on England though, hope there's 24,970 others with the same mentality!

Leyther_Matt I remember people saying they'd get rid of club loyalties before the Lancashire v Yorkshire matches. Funniest thing I've ever heard, all the Yorkshire folk in unison singing about the white rose, in the Lancashire end we had pockets of different fans fighting amongst themselves trying to sing their own clubs songs. hahaha

and with the JJB (i'm not calling it the ** stadium, the vain git!) for internationals its hard to say where the atmosphere will be. I've always sat in the south stand for them, its never seemed any quieter to the other stands.

That said, I did like standing next to Wigan fans chanting "lancy lancy lancashire", if only for a brief moment.
