DW said 6 weeks in advance would have been plenty enough notice to sort things.
But then he had 5/6 months knowing Wigan were due to play Good Friday and Latics were at home to Arsenal the following day. He wouldn't move it then but apparently Lenagan agreed to play Maundy Thurs instead as we were going to Perpignan on Easter Mon, so perhaps that isn't a valid argument. |

There would have been a problem with the stadium in wek 3 of the PO if we had finished in the top 4 but that seems very unlikley now.

If they are going off giving higher league positions better rest like before (i.e 1v4 will play first Friday) then it's likely we'll play Saturday Night at 8pm!!!

Thats how I would expect it to be because their are no stadium issues whatsover with either Wigan or Huddersfield should they unlikely finish in the top 2. Both football teams are away so one would assume 1v4 Friday, 2v3 & 5v8 Saturday with 6v7 on Sunday.
Officially though no comment has been made on the scheduling of games. |
