Is it just me or is he getting less game time these days. Think I clocked it at 16 mins 1st half and he was absolutely out on his feet after 10. I know he is our best go-forward prop but to me 10 good minutes each half isn't good enough for a professional athlete.

I think our best forward tonight and for last 3 matches has been O'Carrol by a mile.Mr Fielden has been poor.

If he wants to do more time on pitch would he be allowed to , i'm not sure he would be ; it goes against the clock not the game .

I think both Fielden and Feka's standards have slipped from them that were set at the end of last season

Fielden was playing a solid 60-65 stint running it strong and tackling very well

Feka's fitness improved immensely and was playing 50+ mins (58 against Catalans IIRC) comfortably

They both seemed to have lost that a bit

Watch what Fielden does. He attracts at least 4-5 defenders every time he runs a ball in. When Riddell is fitter and quicker we will punish teams.

Only if he gets to the PTB quick enough.

What good it is it that Fielden attracts 4 and 5 players (so you say) if he then can't offload the ball? They put him down without much difficultly then play on.

Sam Tomkins support play but Riddell's to shame. He must be carrying a knock, how can a man have a pre-season and 4 games in and train every week and still be unfit?

Sam's support play put many of our players to shame; hopefully BN will see the light and not snuff him out back in the Reserves.

Feka needs to play more time, but he is an impact prop and he does his job in getting the team rolling forward.

As for Fielden, he is going to have to play really well if he is going to get a new contract next season.

Was talking to Feka after the game last night and he told us that he is disappointed that he is not getting more game time, he also said that he was going to talk to Noble about it

Manly took their prop off after 15 minutes tonight and Leeds did is shortly after.

Here's a fact, Feka plays more minutes than Maurie Fa'asavalu but he doesn't get half the criticism that Feka gets, despite Fekas stats being far better.

I'm not criticising him Brian, I am a great fan of what he does when he is on the pitch.

I think everyone is just for some people its how long hes actually on the pitch

Feka is our main go forward and gives all the players a huge boost when he is on the pitch and as someone has mentioned Mary plays less time than him and gets less criticism so I think its unfair on Feka tbh

We could definitely do with him on the pitch for longer though

But there are a lot who are and continue to do so.
They read things on the web sites and jump onto the he only plays 10 minute band wagon.

If the team selection is right and he only plays for 5 minutes and does the damage I honestly don't care (I know that's a stupid statement as it would never happen)

IMO it's always about the TEAM.

That was the reason I pointed out that LOTS of props only play in short bursts.

Here Here, the stats shows how effect his. Kylie lulu played 13mins today. Many Anti-Feka people criticise 18mins. When he comes on the whole team lifts. Shame on the people who get on Feka back.

I'm not gettin on his back but I do think that 10 mins each half is diabolical. If Riddell is the same then u gotta use 4 subs every game just 4 these 2 which is not good IMO

Riddell did around 30 mins yesterday before being subbed., and then came back on for the last 20.
