I’ve never genuinely hated a coach before but I hate Lam, he’s by far the worst coach this club has had in over 40 years and I include millward in that. He needs to go asap and take several players with him starting with that donkey ISA

Lam has to go now. Seriously this is beyond poor. We’ve been more intent on having a scrap than playing rugby and even when we’ve tried to we’ve been poor. It looks like none of our lot even know how to play rugby anymore.

Lam has no idea but a lot of the players are as bad - so many of them have no idea how to play even the basics -so many bang average or worse players.

I would say Marshall was our MOM was the only one who looked to be trying and offer anything at all.

If Lam goes the others with him should as well but we know that won't happen.

In relation to scouting I’ve not seen a Wigan scout in Yorkshire for a long time. Not regularly anyway.

I said upthread, I wonder how long he would keep Shorrocks at dummy-half; I thought, perhaps for the first twenty, till they tire a little, and then bring Borouh on? But no, Shorrocks for all the first half, and then Borouh on, and then Shorrocks back again, wtf? Was Borouh injured? Shorrocks tackled tirelessly, as he always does, but he doesn't offer a threat from dummy-half, As others have said, Saints didn't really need to get out of second gear.

You can talk about scouts, etc etc, a top coach would know EVERYTHING that was going on and would be in charge of strategy, culture etc at the club
