Pat is 5 times the player wello is. Lee Smith isnt a full back, and even as a FB is not up to Richard's standard. He had one good game there ffs- you'll be saying next that Wilkin is a better Stand Off than Barrett

. Greenshields may be a better attacking FB but defensively is no where near pat.

Richards is equally as good as Briscoe & Hodgson and 2nd best FB in the league behind Webb IMO.

I don't think Richards is a great full back. I think he is a solid full back, and the best option we have at the moment, but that is it.


Very rare that he beats the first man when running the ball back. His defence is good, without being outstanding.

Tbh I think many on here vastly overrate his ability. Take away his kicking (which btw I think merits his selection), and he is a solid enough player without being a star.

disagree completely....richards is our best player and first name on the teamsheet IMO. Best FB we've had since radlinski by a country mile
