What happens if a player has signed to go abroad and already played the league games against club sent off against?

What happens if a player has already indicated they will be retiring and in last games of season?

What happens if a player is sent off e.g. against Wigan and then signs for them?

What happens if club sent off against is relegated?

I'd just ban the player from next fixture(s) (excluding any friendlies)

It was set in last years Grand Final so Ben Westwood could play in the World Cup.

One match - But the incidents are incomparable to equal or worsen the punishment.

One resulted in a fractured eye socket, the other knocked a bit of moisture out of floppy, overdue cut fringe.

Absolutely disgusting decision. Hep Cahill got banned for 2 games last year, maybe 3, for something similar. Heps was a bad tackle and deserved punishing. The only difference with the 2 tackles, at least Brett Hodgson had the ball when Cahill tackles him.

Well we can't complain about any other clubs players 'getting off' in future. That is a poor decision by the RFL which has been made because of the game we're playing in coming up.

I'll take it though.
