Tickets are still on sale and can be bought online via the E-Ticketing. The DW only have the 15E ones available (obviously cheaper for concessions)

Cant see flights being cancelled in England to be honest. Even so your travel insurance should cover for flights etc.

wont cover hotels though.

They're generally quite understanding - our trip to Limoux was cancelled last season because of the ash cloud and our Ibis hotel refunded the full amount (albeit by cheque!) even though they don't usually do refunds under any circumstances.

We got our money back from Ryanair after Spanish air traffic controllers went on strike in December. The hotel refused to refund us but the Spanish government are looking at compensating those affected. So that means we should get a 'sorry but no cheque' in about 2017.

Catalans have been begging for tickets back so it sounds like a near sell-out - buy your tickets before travelling would be the advice!
