Out of interest what are these facilities that Wigan Warriors "enjoy" that aren't provided at the other stadiums?

Over 25,000 all seated stadium
Eight lounges that can accommodate over 1600 people in total
Car parking for over 2,500 cars
Italian Restaurant

We actually have 4 stands of facilities. At Saints new ground for example, only the mainstand has the top class facilities. We have other facilities throughout the stadium which most other fans will never see or know about.

I don't think Wigan Warriors "enjoy" the use of 8 lounges with a capacity of over 1600 people. The Dave Whelan Stadium website may detail such facilities but these are not all available at those capacities for Wigan Warriors.

For example can you confirm that Wigan Warriors have use of the Marquee in the North Stand set-up "thearte style" to accommodate the 500 users for that lounge?

In truth Wigan Warriors get use of the following lounges for corporate tickets:

Club Lounge 120 capacity;
Coors Lounge 120 capacity;
Directors Lounge 30 capacity; and
Players Lounge 80 capacity.

Do you want to split your 1,600 down into the lounges Wigan Warriors get use of?

Mr. Teflons last statement was that Saints had to borrow £6 million to complete the stadium at "preferential"rates.
Why did they need that money?
Was it because Mr. Teflon signed off a stadium that was unfit for purpose?


What are those rates?
They would be preferential compared to a "loan shark"
Was that because the banks refused the loan?

When was the last Saints shareholders meeting.

Will Mr. Teflon "come to the crease" or will it be his usual blame someone else as has happened so often in the past.

Oh and Salford don't own their stadium either.

Wigan facilities are better than all three of the ones named. You know it and so does everyone else, well they do now.

yes we have use of the marquee for all kids in maxs club where fans get to have fun and meet the players

We're not just talking corporate.
The Wish FM lounge gets used at all games.

The South Stand bar gets used pre and post match at all games. The Marquee used to part of Maxs club (pre match).

Regardless of your thoughts they are available and are bigger than Wire, Saints or Salford can offer. I notice you have conveniently avoided the car parking issues, and of course 25,000 all seater.

Don't forget undersoil heating that not all have. If Stains ever win a GF again they won't be able to play the WCC at their ground because it doesn't have undersoil heating and therefore the RFL/Sky won't take the risk with a February game. Not sure if the HJ has it?

We also have our Pre-season dinner in the North Stand Marquee Lounge.

Forgive me for stating the obvious but we obviously fill the players lounge - the players, coaches and officials use it pre and post match.

And obviously the directors go in the directors room.

In addition, a large section of Rigaletto's is used as part of match hospitality too (and very good it is too)!!

ST - challenging Wigan fans to list the facilities they have better than Warrington.

Rogues - you said 1,600 places available. Can you list them all out as the numbers you used are based upon the lounges being set out thearte style (if you'd have bothered to read a bit further into the details of the web-page)?

How mant places do you think are available at the other grounds? I'm not sure at Saints but Warrington and Salford both have about 1,000 places available. I'd imagine Wigan's true figure is about that as well.

Do Wigan get to keep revenue from these facilities eg bar takings?

Who the f*** cares whether the lounges are set out theatre style, boozing style or friggin Challenge Cup Champions style? End of the day, our facilities , including the glut of lounges, shat all over the clubs you've mentioned. Move on.
