I've made excuses about him getting his own players in and being judged then but he's pretty much got that now.

Fielden, Pryce, Mathers, Roberts, Riddell etc are all his buys and have all been letdowns(although in the case of the last 2 thats got time to turn round).

I think there is some inherent problem at your club and maybe its a case of the players thinking they are bigger than the club or the coach.
When you have employed some of the best quality coaches over the last 5 years or so and you have not had any success then it appears to be more of a problem with the club/players than the actual coaches you have employed.

No we have not.

We employed 1 coach in the last 5 years who looked like turning this club round and sadly he is no longer with us.

The reason he succeeded in my opinion personality and respect, we have not had a coach with that for the last 5 years.

So you do not consider that Raper,Millward and now Noble were not the best available at the time.Millward was the most successful during his time at Saints and Noble's record is probably the best in the Super League era.

2008 - 48%
2009 - 43%

So we're basically on a par with our "flirting with relegation" season at the moment, out of the top 8 having generally played 2 more games than the majority of teams - great.

Getting better. It always amazes me what happens with our club when it faces adversity.

Though 55% looks bad, we did lose too many tight games early (because Tim Smith couldn't defend!

) and we should be looking positive now (since Tim Smith went defence is well better!

).

A big positive is that we haven't been hammered by anyone really this season - which on many recent years is a huge improvement. I think our points difference suggests improvement as well.
