Aside from that, it's good to see Wigan and Leigh having a better relationship with regards to loaning out young players. Personally, I'm not sure if I'd part with a tenner to go watching but I do eventually want to see a stronger Leigh both on and off the pitch and possibly in Super League in time to come.

Can't argue for 10 quid. I have a mate who is a leyth fan so if it means I can go and watch the odd matches with him when Wigan aren't playing to see some more Rugby League then it's all good.

Was about 4,500 if memory serves me right. Not bad considering how bad we were that season, not to mention every game being all-ticket with a heavily restricted capacity for anywhere with a roof (as happened at Orrell at one stage IIRC)

They were the best off the field by some margin, which it would seem holds a lot more sway with the RFL than a 5th placed team (who Leigh stuck 50 points past on more than one occasion last year!)
