Ganson has stood down (or been stood down) for todays game(s)

Ian Smith now got the job.

Ganson has given his reason to the Rovers Chairman its between both of them ,the fans will never know why he gave it ,makes a mockerey of the sport .Sad day for Rugby League yesterday .

After what happened yesterday, anyone else think Ganson would've given McGuire's try had he been VR?

Also IMO that's the worst I've seen us play this year. Our last tackle options were dreadful most of the game.

we play really structured and when 1 of the pieces are out injured we will always struggle, i think we missed a bit of blake greens trickery.

You can also bless Sam Tomkins for not tackling McGuire like a proper fullback would. If he had, then Leeds score on the next tackle and it's not disallowed.

And Ganson probably wouldn't have given the try as a Leeds player didn't pick up three Wigan defenders and throw them into the stand, in which case he would have.

Superb - Tomkins winning Wigan the game - no wonder he got MOTM.

Was listening on radio manchester while driving home yesterday and they all went mental over the disallowed try. Saying it was as a result of the Ganson decision the day earlier.
I was gutted as you will all expect I have a strict "Anyone but wigan policy". But I got home in time for Jon Wells replays of the tries and as soon as I saw it I found myself saying "Crossing, no try........" and then Heard danny Mcguires interview almost admitting the same.....

really puzzling reaction then on radio Manchester...or have they now dropped you in favour of Salford as the North Wests favourite Rugby team.........???

Did no one else pick up on the elbow he gave to Logan Tomkins Jaw at the end of the 1st half?

The guy is a tool and there is little need for what he does or in fact any need for him.

Saw it, Logan just ducked in time , he would have picked up a nasty injury, a real tough guy Bailey is !

Bailey really needs his cards marked by the RFL.

McGuire also appeared to try to stick the knee into Lauaki after Lauaki was on the floor after being upended by JJB when JJB was supposed to be playing the ball.

He's turned into a really nasty snide player this last couple or so years.

Was talking about McGuire to a friend who is a Leeds fan. He thinks he is frustrated by his lack of pace these days.
