So what %age of a transfer fee counts on the cap..................if any? Can it be legally deferred (for a few years or more) whilst still paying the tea lady?

as stated previously...transfer fees dont count towards the salary cap.
i would like clarification fron the RFL as to whether or not programme sellers wages count towards the salary cap ?
assuming the programme seller hasnt come on a transfer

Is there some rule that only Wigan pay for players who are still contracted to other clubs, yet when other clubs come in for our players (and Head Coach), they get them for free?

If we pay to transfer a cap from Salford to Wigan does the fee we paid to transfer it count towards the cap? Also said cap was brought into this world in New Zealand, but has lived here for 5 years, does it count on the quota?
