They definitely have.

For me the biggest thing is why on the last tackle do players play at the ball - on kick charge downs or spilled passes - Finch charged down a kick that was going no where and Charnley tried to get a dropped pass both on the last and both ended up giving Warrington 6 more tackles near our line. Strange decisions which cost us big time.

Charnley has had big problems in dealing with kicks in every game he has played so far, even in his best game against Huddersfield he dropped a couple, and Warrington obviously did their homework and targeted him. Joel Monaghan though is a very good winger and made him pay and Charnley wont have to face that class a winger each week in SL. He is still young but still has a long way to go at this level and his inexperience does show at times. Still I would have him in the squad any day of the week before Ainscough as he is a much better prospect.

Dropped a clanger straight from the kick off against Hull. Obviously this is an area he needs to work on.

Give the lad a chance,he was awesome last week,e this week. He'll learn.

or just play him at centre with Roberts out wide and Sam at FB. His chance of staking a long term shirt is likely to come at centre first two as Carmont will likely retire after this year and we don't know what's happening with he who must not be named!

Carmont shown up to be defensively poor again yet again but dont let that fact cloud this boards high opinion of him. Charnley left in no mans against the best winger in the league at the moment, there was only going to be one result.

Rest him next week bring back Famous.

Charnley dropped a few this week and all the focus has been on that. Elsewhere, he continued to try to take the ball forward and his head was one of only a few that never droped during the game. His progress this season has been superb, there are a couple of areas he needs to practise on, but he will get there.

This was commented on by myself and others sat by me. Charnley did it twice. He went for a high kick on the 6th that if he had allowed the Wire winger to catch it had no where to go and he went for an interception on the last tackle and knocked it on, again when there was nothing on for Wire. I put that down to inexperience. Finch ought to have known better.
