I dont think Cowie is it Total Fitness anymore, the last time i saw him was a good few month back but he was making signs and advertising boards for different companies and also doing odd jobs with Mick Cassidy.

I once saw Harvey Howard in a fish 'n' chip shop in Yeadon, he ordered fish 'n' chips twice two bread cakes and two mushy peas, once I'd been served I happened to walk past his car assuming his order was for two people, but instead it was just him ploughing it all down.
Nothing to do with where are they now, I just though I'd share my very boring story with everyone.
