you kept giving this during the game and if you looked at the judes team sheet and knew anything about st judes club, you would have noticed that there was only 6 regular first team players playing and then the rest of the team was made up of a mix of 2nd team and under 18's players so please stop using this "where 4 divisions under you" as an excuse because it gets boring!

No not interested in backing anyone just it's very poor standard rugby to be taking bets on (Championship 1 is bad enough).

ye mate, we play ashton on the sunday with the shevy and cuthberts game being on the monday night. seems stupid really having to play one of them on a monday night. i dont know whats up with the saturday or even both on a sunday. Even playing on a friday night is better than having to play on a monday night.

Bob Derby? Now I know why he was on the earpiece, he's a ref supervisor (can't remember what the proper title is, been a while since I reffed). I know from first hand experience that he just gives general refereeing advice and lets the ref make the calls unless he's about to come up with a howler.

The pitch is booked up on the saturday thats why there are Sunday/Monday games. I thought the Judes vs Ashton game is on the 24th, Monday?

It was indeed Bob Derbyshire. He did the Pats vs Ashton game midweek so I'd say he's done the job at all the games.

Shevington 4 Wigan St Cuthberts 40 - Final score of tonights game.

Shev had plenty of chances but Cuths far too strong in defence.

Shame the St Cuthberts v St Judes final is down same day we play Cas at home. Surely they should move it?

They was too quick all game first 20 it was all shevy and didn't take chances then fitness took over

Something to build on for next season

Enjoyed tonights game despite the scoreline. A very good cuthberts side were simply far too strong for Shevy. Shevy had a quite a few players missing though by the looks of it

Why are games always played at Ince anyway?

Personally I think the winning team should be rewarded with hosting the next season's games. If they then retained it when hosting, let the runner up do the year after.

Tonights game was not a 40-4 game, but Cuthberts certainly deserved the victory

The Sharks know what will be expected each game next season, Im sure a good off season will help and lets see what next season brings

Not a bad game tonight, in the first period Shevington had the vast amount of possession without really troubling the Cuthberts defence

Before this years started there was talks about it moving cause of the charges for the pitch so we will have to see
