| Couple of soft tries let in at the end, Wigan didnt get out of 2nd gear. Sam Tomkins MOM by a mile but Barnett scored some scorchers for them on the wing. Decent spectacle but plenty to ponder for MM

| How does the best team in SL history ever, lose a second half to a bunch of part timers?

We didnt, we drew. And won the match.
Also edited for accuracy.

It becomes a sad affair when a trolling attempt is made on a 16 point victory. Are Wigan really that much of a threat?
Nothing to gain today with the team we put out - blitz Sheffield and it was expected - put in a poor performance and receive the inevitable criticism / trolling. Glad you didn't disappoint.
Hopefully Wigan will learn lessons from today's complacency, to improve for occasions later in the season where switching off so badly will really cause problems. Rather a dreadful performance occurred today and still end up with a win, than putting a big score on Sheffield and having a similar performance in SL resulting in a defeat.
Lessons will be learned - we are far from a complete side at the moment and there will be bumps in the road, but I'd rather have our 2010 record than anyone else's at this point.

how times have changed
the only shred of trolling material you have is a team scored 24 points in one half against us.

| We were poor today, Yere and Barnett were getting through fairly easily for the whole match and caused us big problems down their side of the field. Sam Tomkins and Paleaasina were the only Wigan players to really stand out I felt.
Ian Smith had an absolute shocker refereeing IMO though, missed some very obvious knockons and penalties that even my friend who was only at his 2nd ever RL game noticed.

That's it. I'm not one for bagging refs in my match reports but had to comment today.
