Personally cant stand latics - I drink in Wigan a fair bit and when the pubs are infested with that lot there's always trouble - if you look on that well known video hosting website and look for 'Liverpool fans in the wrong end' that sums up personally why I'll never enjoy going to a football game. The irony is ofc that half the amazing support they get is from Liverpool,Everton and Man Utd fans who either cant get tickets for their club or cant be d travelling lol

At the end of the day if the team were in League 1 or League 2, maybe even championship, then Whelan would have sold them not us. He's just out to make money and them being in the premiership is earning him more. The problem is though that them being in the premiership is the reason all these idiots go. This means that when they get relegated they'll be poor, maybe too poor to properly fund Robin Park, and they'll need our help. Especially since when they get relegated they'll have no more "fans" They barely reach the numbers we get on a bad day WITH these fake fans so they're knackered when they get relegated we just have to bide our time and see how many are still there when they're playing Championship football.

Some of the older posters split from CL mainly due to them being peed off with the new breed of loyal tics fans and set up the mudhutsmedia site.

Most of the posters on there belonged to the infamous 'goon squad' and some even freely admit to once supporting WRLFC (mainly back in the early-mid/late 80's) before Maurice made his famous interview for the BBC. You'll find the usual bile spouted on there as well although in a more humorous, intellectual way. Not a bad read if you cut through the odd anti-WRLFC tirade.

BTW they regularly check out this site to laugh at some of our numpties and their numpty statements.
