These sintelliners make me laugh. Most businesses rent their premises. Why can't sports teams do it? The fact is, most do.

I wonder how many of these bitter people who bleat about us not owning the DW and brag about 'ownership' being vital are renters themselves, thus making a mockery of their stance on the matter?

The richest football team in the world plays in a stadium owned by Manchester City Council, the DW is excellent value for money and a fantastic stadium. For it's capacity only the likes of the Reekbok Stadium challenge it for appearances and facilities in the district. Langtree park is architecturally inept with absolutely no aesthetic features of any merit and with 7,000 less seats than the DW I am not jealous of them or their team in any way.

Langtree Park only has around 10,000 seats
