I don't understand how a player can be put on report but not be seen at the disiplinary. At the very least the RFL should see the player to make a no-case statement and why to make the process appear more open and honnest.

They aren't the same thing by the way and I think you'll find there was plenty of complaint in the NRL about Melbourne so its not an England v Oz thing. You're twisting the complaints like Lima twists arms  |

The problem I have with all this is that I've yet to see or hear an opposition coach come up with any evidence of a specific complaint. Until they do it all just sounds like sour grapes because their team has just been turned over

BL, I don't think so, the grapple is IMO more around the neck area and they specifically state around the arm and shoulder in both instances. |

That apparently has no bearing as has been argued on a previous thread anyway. However, Wigan did in fact argue in the hearing that he had no previous for this in 7 years in the NRL.
Plus it says Radford has no previous with the disciplinary which he did at the back end of last year for violence (convenient he wasnt cited for fighting then despite being quite involved ey?) towards a player who was on the floor. (I know I hate Bailey too but that IS still cowardly) so based on that what they're actually saying is Radford had no previous (even though he did) and Lima had no previous so he does get a ban?
It seems like you have to build up a time of not offending like a "no claims bonus" in car insurance and until then you're bad.
So is this usually the case? Have any other new players been suspended for their first offense this season or is it just a Wigan player?
At the end of the day all the above is probably irrelevant the main point is that Radford and Lima did the same thing. Lima did it twice and got 2 games Radford did the same and got 0 so should have at least got 1. That is a simple fact that would have allowed them to be consistent. |

No he just got a fine for the fight as they deemed that Yeaman was the aggressor, and two matches for leading with the forearm, which is what he's appealing against. |
