I don't really understand the issue with the trainer being on. Ok he may be relaying messages but what is to stop the other team doing it if the ref is letting it go?

Rather than have a go at the team doing it, isn't it a failure of the coaching team not doing it (which Wakefield were doing too but probably not quite as much as us).

As others have identified the jeers by some fans to Wigan injuries and the reaction given by the away fans was very noticeable.

I personally found it very amusing when Gelling & Fafita went down injured and both sets of trainers came on. Initially the fans were appaplectic about 4 trainers coming on to sort Gelling, it was 2, the other 2 were with Fafita, then they were calling the Wigan pair to get off despite the Trinity pair still sorting Fafita.

To be honest, the Wakey crowd gave one of the worst displays of bad sportsmanship I've seen since ... oh, probably the last time we were at Wakey.

But it isn't going to be a problem for much longer.

The glory days of Wakey's past are long gone. Chris Chester - top bloke, but I'm not sure their supporters will be missed.

And EVERY pass was forward.

Not sure why the bitterness here you won a hard fought game which which went your way, just frustration and disappointment from Wakey fans, and fwiw not sure the OP what's doing a good job winding you up is a Wakey fan.

Just to say, that if you look on the Wakey board, the opinions there are much more balanced..

Unfortunately, every fixture provides some chippy dipstick who feels an uncontrollable urge to come on the opposition's board and provide wind-up material.

As I alluded to earlier, Chris Chester adopted no such approach.

It was a good, hard game, controversy-free, which we just about edged.

I had to laugh. There was a bunch of morons by the corner flag having a right go at the lad in yellow from Wigan whilst the same time your lad in orange was on the field coaching your back line!!!

Glad the Cas game is near then I don't have to go over to your part of West Yorkshire again this year. Can concentrate on enjoying some decent grounds in Lancashire. Can't understand how Wakey ever got a licence with that heap of a ground. Halifax and Dewsbury put it to shame.

Please feel free to correct me if I misunderstood your post but it seemed you felt it necessary to come on the Wigan board and inform us that everyone in SL hates us. That being the case you clearly DO care what we think or you wouldn't have bothered posting. Or am I missing something here?

I never said that old boy, it would appear you have me mixed up with the above post, but looking at the time you posted maybe the alcohol level got you confused.

As for coming on your board unless you hadn't noticed we played your team the day before and it's not unusual for fans to see the opinions of the opposing fans, unfortunately any chance of that went out of the window with the OP intent on causing mischief, as for caring what you think, maybe that's going too far perhaps more likely interested in what you think is a bit nearer the mark.
