Surely the second time he's made a public outburst to this effect he should get some kind of punishment, otherwise he will definitely have the green light to say stuff like this any time he wants. It wasn't even a dirty game yesterday, no fighting (unless you count Mason v McIllorum but that was nothing really) and no injuries from foul play. The player who really deserved 10 minutes was Keith Mason who was niggling at everybody.

I can't remember the warrington incident that you mention. The saints one, he was penalised for a high tackle on a player that had the ball at the time. Disciplinary committee ruled penalty sufficient, no warning. It wasn't a late shot off the ball or anything like that. Just a standard high tackle that you see every week.

I think Farrell in the end actually ended up doing us a massive favour in the long run. He was on a really big wedge, was getting injured more and more, and we got a nice sum of cash for him. Hurt us in the short term for sure, but for the best all round overall I think.

I think Faz's stop-start Union career indicated that his body had more or less taken all it could.

I didn't like it at the time, and it seemed to send us into a tailspin form wise, but I think that was mainly down to the club being hopelessly mismanaged both on the field and off it.

For these reasons, I can't say that Farrel's departure peeved me as much as Robinson's did.
