Apart from that scrappy period in the middle that was a thoroughly enjoyable game. I think Huddersfield were a bit poor though and should of won that if they were champion material. If Warrington didnt have them injuries early on it would of been a comfortable victory imo.

Ill be honest Bri i was at work and missed the first half, only saw the repeat of the Briers incident and didn't see anything off Westwood in the 2nd half.

The funny bit about the Brough incident was that Bentham had just told Brown to warn his players that the next offender would be in the Bin. Brough offended and Bentham told Brown to ensure he told everyone in his team. Complete cop out.

Lets just say the disciplinary in the week will be busy with just this game alone.

You still won so it aint too bad, had you lost it would of caused mayhem!. I do agree that refs need to punish players more in game rather than the RFL after as other teams get the benefit when its your team getting bashed up. Thats the problem that this on report cop out rubbish promotes.

On report for that kind of offence shouldn't come into it when the cameras and video ref are there. The video ref seems to sporadically offer his view on decisions which don't involve a try, I know I always feel hard done too when one goes against us, because they don't get involved all the time. I think the ref should be allowed to ask the VR if he saw anything, not to have a look at it, just if he saw anything at the time. Maybe this is already the case, if so then it should be used more.

I thought Saints played Catalan at the Screwfix on Friday.

More than one match ban though Rouges so although they have London i think they play Saints a week after.

TBH I don't think Tommy Lee not playing is a big disadvantage to Huddersfield anyway.

I dislike briers as much as the next wigan fan but he was lucky to come out of that with no serious injury as hes neck jolted and then some. it was a horrible looking challenge but i think briers went in to the tackle looking for the floor to see out the first half as so many players do and lee caught him totally wrong but he didnt jump into the tackle so he may get let off or a lesser ban.

It seems to me that wishing injury on or rejoicing in injury to opposition players is becoming something of a theme over here.

As I can see ONE!! person has "rejoiced" in someones injury on this thread and been told by other fans he is wrong... just like the ONE!! person talking about JJB on the other thread.

It was a nasty tackle and he should have been sent off. Chance's are he could get off lightly if they decide it wasn't intentional... despite the fact that he could have caused a lot of damage.
