Saints went for a better quality finish over a larger ground-we couldn't have both due to cost.I believe though if the terraces were allowed their full capacity as the Green Guide allows,we could go up to 19,500 plus but there has been a lot of teething troubles so far and I don't know how far Saints want to push it.

I'm only a member, not a season ticket holder so doubt I'll get a ticket from Wigan. Anybody know where's best to sit on the sides so I can buy them from Saints? Thanks.

North allocated has sold out with only single seats left in the South stand so you'd have to be lucky in getting either a North stand unallocated (although I believe this has sold out) or a South stand unallocated ticket which maybe your best bet.

A better quality finish being the one without the walls leading to puddles on the concourse? I'd hate to see the greater capacity, worse finish design, was it four grass banks?

But at least Saints play on a top of the range pitch and not a borrowed swamp.

Half the time I think people think 'well I won't get one so I won't bother' and then by the time they realise they can get one they've made plans to watch it in the pub or go out with the wife.

Bought 2 tickets, they sent me 3. I just rang St Helens to tell them as I didn't wanna risk using the 3rd and the barcode being cancelled. What was their suggestion? "Can you just post it straight to the guy?" At 5 quid a ticket you'd think they'd have had someone round to my house in seconds to pick it up.

Just text a mate of mine, who is not exactly off line and had no idea they were on sale so there will be a few surprised in a week or so when the full signs go up. Also we are working at lower capacity . 17,200 rather than the full 18k. So there is 400 missing from each end. If saints can wangle the safety certificate before good friday then there maybe more tickets yet.
