Yes I have. He doesn't run anywhere near as hard as he did before his ban. It's like he's had a lobotomy. He used to fly off the handle at the slightest thing, he's got rid of that from his game but he also seems to have lost a lot of impact.

Did he balls fly off the handle at the smallest thing. You're just judging him on one incident. He didn't look like he had a lobotomy when he ran straight through the Huddersfield to score last week. He's that much of a wasted shirt he has scored 3 tries in the last 5 games from prop

That's not the only time. I remember him losing his marbles during a good friday game a few years back because Saints players kept bashing him, one run in he dropped the ball and absolutely lost it. It was mostly just inward anger but it was anger non the less. He most definitely had a temper on him. Like I say, he's cut it out, and I don't have the info that you guys do as I can only see what is on SKY, good to know he's scored a couple in the last few games, but honestly when I've seen him this season he's lost some zip to me. Not trying to troll honestly, just my opinion is obviously less informed than someone who's there week in, week out. That's fine.

I'm a rugby fan. Not just a Warrington fan. I try to keep up with most things Super League. I'll be there today, albeit in the Leeds end. No need to have such a chip on the shoulder.

Well, your assessment of Flower is wide of the mark... He was never an over aggressive player, and though he started slowly this season is virtually back to running in as hard as he was.
It's not a chip, just annoyance when people have a biased view that wide of the mark... Enjoy the GF.

I believe he has been on an Anger Management course run by Les Boyd, Tawera Nikau and Des Drummond which has been a great help. Ashton Simms was booked to present the first presentation however, he was busy chinning a rookie half back unable to defend himself so he couldn't make it.
Get a grip man.
Ben Flower has been back to vest in the last few weeks and I'm hoping he delivers today for himself and his family.

| Aggressive bunch. I'll be in attendance today, nice attempt though. I don't know why it always has to turn into a slanging match of who's worse. I was commenting on Ben's form since returning, not how much of a thug he is or isn't. Just from what I've seen, which is apparently wrong, he must have just been incredibly camera shy this season on Sky.

| I would take the complaints of the St Helens fans more seriously if the same self-righteous morons hadn't also gone after Gareth Hock for 'deliberately throwing the ball at a child in the crowd'.

To me, Saints fans need to let this go and stop sending him abuse and nasty messages. Ben has served his ban and so has Hohaia.'"

About 4 -5 years ago there was a thread about Bentham being biased against Wigan. Bilko produed figures which showed that whereas Wigan's win percentage with most referees was higher than 70% ( with some it was 90%), with Bentham it was under 40%.
Not sure about recent years but he certainly hasn't given Wigan the benefit of the doubt against Leeds this season . After the farce of the game a couple of months ago when the RL actually apologised to Wigan for a couple of the VR decisions where 2 blatant knock-ons were not given which resulted in Leeds tries, it beggars belief that the same thing has happened again!

It is unbelievable but to be fair we didn't play smart enough. Our last tackle options in the first half especially where awful and put Leeds under no pressure. We did very well to come back and actually take the lead but the real turning point was taking the 2 when we were already 2 in front and Leeds where really struggling. It was one of the dumbest decisions ive ever seen. It gave us no real advantage. Im convinced if we had put the ball in the corner we would of been champions now.

| Surely Rocky has to be given a chance to team up with Williams next year at 6 and 7. Yet again, Smith was found wanting in so many aspects. No leadership or direction and some very poor kicking. And the first turning point of the game came in the 5th minute when he knocked on from the kick off, which resulted in Leeds's opening try a minute later. If he had caught the ball and Wigan had had another good set of 6, it would probably have been a different game. All ifs and buts, but.......!

I would like to see Rocky play alonside WIlliams, but for different reasons than most, I think.
Basically, I have been hearing for the past 1-2 years about just how great a player Hampshire is and that he absolutely tore it up as a half-back when paired with GW in the academy.
Then we tried to play him at FB, a position at which he seems almost singularly unsuited.
OK, so he can run it out, but to do that, you have to actually CATCH it first and the lad seems to have neither the technique or the bottle to really go for the ball.
So for me, after Matty Smith's poor showing (again) last night, it's time to either test this much vaunted partnership or release Rocky, as I Don't believe in him at FB at all.
(It reminds me of Wes Davies filling in for Kris Rad at times)
