Anyone know if the club shop in the Grand Arcade has had any stock delivered?

They NEVER answer the phone.

Went last week and they had no kids home shirts, advised to ring them this week.

So really it was 2 times then.... but considering this is rlfans and you want to have a maon you exaggerate to 10 times. Plenty of shirts in, go down and have a moan at the staff rather than on here (not that you will do).

whenever i've been in, they seem to answer the phone BEFORE or whilst serving someone. How come the phone jumps the queue ?

You are one of the reasons I dont frequent this site very much these days. If you cant add anything to a thread with a perfectly reasonable question dont bother.

You just dont like the fact that some people dont fall for your over the top moaning. Why dont you go down there and moan at the staff in person rather than have a dig at them on a forum. You have no idea how busy it can get in there at this time of year, if one or two calls are not answered its no reason to have a moan, and claim on a forum it was 10.

it's quite simple really, the phone jumps the queue because the person phoning the store can't see whats happening in it where as the person in the store can, if you don't answer the phone someone will moan about it

I have genuinely never known a town like ours, people will literally moan about ANYTHING.

Wife went yesterday with the grandaughter got a ladys wanted name and number said come back after Christmas as they had a box full to do due to stamping on J K GUEST taking all there time. ( And there was nobody in the shop wanting shirts only the wife and there still would not do it ).

My father in law went in yesterday and picked mine up, so they do have stock in. No problems as far as I've been told.

Do all the shirts have the JK Guest logo stamped on the back now? Saw it on the away one in the shop a few weeks ago and it looked dreadful on that; was hoping it was an optional thing, like the Mecca logo a couple of seasons back, as it'd ruin an otherwise plain and smart home shirt.

I went in today to exchange a shirt. The lady there was very polite and couldn't have been more helpful. She did explain the printing could only be done after Christmas (or give them a call in a week or two) as they hundreds of shirts that have been ordered with names to print. The guy who was actually doing the printing was working flat out to try and get the orders done. However what he did do was to take time out make sure that the name we wanted would fit on the shirt (it's for a one year old) for when they had time available.

Summers making her debut in the colours i see... the right colour of hoops of course, lets keep it that way eh?



I went over to Wigan yesterday too, got a ladies shirt for my sister up in Glasgow and a couple of polo shirts, that JK Guest sponsor on the back ISNT optional, theres very little of the new isc training/leisure gear in there, plenty of crap on the rails i gotta say.. the new shirts are quite a wide fitting so theyre not for me being slim and crisp sadly. Getting the rest of the stuff in early January the woman says, and i tell you i was in the shop for about 1hr 10mins and that butch lady (i think she's the gaffer) did not stop talking/gibbering crap for the entire time... i literally had a headache

I was in there the other weekend, it was very busy, the guys work REALLY hard. Especially the ones printing the JK Guest on the back of the shirts!

what is it with cartoon images of clothing on the website? Whats wrong with a real image which takes no time to take a picture of on a plain background?
completely prevents me spending sums of money on such items as trianing-wear via the online system. before anybody tells me to stop moaning and get to the shop and see them, i don't live in Wigan and get little chance to get the GA.

small thing but every penny counts for the Wigan club and they're preventing themselves getting some pennies out of me

Bit of advice please . Me and the lad will be buying online because of our location and usually need XL / XXL sizes will we need to up this with these new shirts . We are the same size as last year

Good point. I have also thought about buying a few items before but have been put off by the fact there is no image. Then add to the fact its £5 postage if you only want to buy a few things, its a rip off!

To be totally honest, these shirt sizes seem the same as last season as far as sizes go. Go off last seasons shirts for sure... having said that the length of the shirts seem an half an inch/inch shorter but the width is the same (tank size)



If it ends up too tight youll have to do the Hudds/Leeds and Bradford games on the Kaliber
