Having recently looking to book tickets for the GF i was wondering if anyone could help me... which part is the "Wigan" end or is it more of a mish mash. i've only been to one before and i was sat right in the corner in a tiny seat!

or is it a matter that when you book they ask you for your preference?

if there is a "wigan" end i'd obviously prefer to be with that part of the crowd rather than in the middle of the pack of another teams' fans or something!

No part is the Wigan end. The Leeds end is the Stretford End.

If a team from last year gets to the final they will be allocated the same end as last year for health and safety reasons. Going off what Bilko said, Leeds were obviously in the Strettford end last year and Saints were in the other end. If Wigan and Hudds get to the final, I have no idea what will happen.

We weren't in the Stretford end and haven't been for the last 3 years.

Incorrect. Saints have been in the stretford for the last 3 years. We will be in the east stand I would assume.

How is it health and safety to allocate the same end anyway?

Familiarity I presume in case of an emergency.

On the ticket site it's got us or Leeds down for the East End of the stadium and Saints or Huddersfield down for the West End.

Didn't you know? Wigan needn't bother turning up Saturday. It's a Leeds v Saints Grand Final again nailed on.

I thought we had to win this week first lets take it one game at a time.

i'm buying tickets either way as a birthday present to the missus. but even if wigan don't get there i'd still prefer to be in the area where the remaining core of wigan fans are seated.

also, would anyone recommend going on a coach and also if so, is it better to book via the club rather than the super league website?

I've not even thought about Grand Final tickets.

Sent an IF form off today though, just because i'd rather pay £1.50 booking fee and have it all done for me instead of having to queue.

If I were you I would get tickets in an area where there will be a mixture of fans.

Second tier of the North is a fantastic view.

We got our tickets a couple of weeks ago (go every year no matter who gets there) and we are in the west should be fun

Already bought my 2 grand final tickets, but thats because me and my Dad go every year regardless of who is playing. North Stand tier 2 everytime
