Wigan Warriors Head Coach Michael Maguire has today named his 19 man squad for Sunday's Magic Clash against Huddersfield Giants at Murrayfield, 4pm kick off.

Back in the 19 after injury are scrum half Thomas Leuluai, prop Andy Coley and winger Darrell Goulding while Karl Pryce is also included in the squad for the first time in 2010. Martin Gleeson is also included after missing the Harlequins game.

Missing with small niggling injuries are prop Paul Prescott and full back Cameron Phelps. Paul Deacon is making good progress but is still not quite ready.

I really hope you're watching the game on TV on Sunday.

I just dont like Pryce and think he's always been too big and unfit ever since we used to watch him at the academy for bradford. BUT there would be noone happier than me if he proves me wrong. Lets not beat around the bush with him he has done nothing since he's been here.

Lets hope MM has had the effect on him like he has done with Famous.

Fair point, Famous has come on leaps and bounds and maybe you could say KP hasn't been given the chance to improve but you have to think why hasn't he?

If he was unfit I dont think he would be getting a game under Maguire. Its his first game of the season, we need to give him a chance in the new regime

Ainscough would be ripped apart by Huddersfield as he has very poor defence particularly from kicks and they have a coach and a few players who would know how to exploit this. At least give Pryce a chance to show what he can do before you criticise him.

We all know your potential, so let's see what you can *really* do in a far more free-flowing team than the last couple of years.

gutted about phelps. we are losing a big threat out wide with richards by the probability of him being at full back + no amos, against the best defence in the league we could struggle to post points as our pack will not dominate the huge hudds forwards down the middle. feeling a bit pesimistic about this one.

Me to, I could make a case for why all those players are so vital to are success, but I just can't be bothered. If that 19 are all fit to play my confidence of winning the game just rose.

Really hope Price is in the team, then we might have a better understanding of where he's at.

Like lothorian my only reservation is at Pat at FB, but we'll see how he goes.

TBH though - Who else (from that squad) would you put at FB?

I don't think we have any choice, and I agree that it would be nice to see how/whether Pryce has improved in a competitive match. (I can only assume that he *must* have improved to be selected this week).

Not trying to be harsh on Pryce leaving him out, he just looks too slow to play on the wing from what I've seen of him, unless he's sped up of course. I'd have Ainscough in if we hadn't just sent him out to Widnes

I think looking at the two respective squads we should be winning this.

Personally, I actually feel far better with Pryce on the wing than with Ainscough there.
