Not sure Gale is the answer but I do think we need to address our recruitment policy.
We can't continue to sign projects and not expect it to have an effect on our performance.
We seem to think we can polish turds by putting them in the Cherry and White. Squad is crying out for some quality.

I don't see Hampshire getting game time at halfback at Cas. Gales and Roberts were excellent.
I think Grant Millington is a good player for Cas. Fantastic footwork for such a big man.
