Robinsons son is playing for Wigan at U15 level.

i played a league below this in south lancs cheshire 1 and its only amateur level although some players do get a win bonus im sure robinson is doing it because he wants to have a laugh and play rugby not because he wants to play pro rugby again the same as Chris Joynt is playing for Wigan Rugby Union Vets team which is poor standard for someone like him he is doing it because he just wants to play.

Under National League 2 (in which Fylde play), there are North 1 East or West, National 3 North and the National 2.

The standard where Fylde are is very good and they will all be semi-pro (1st team that is)

I have played North 1 and the standard is OK.

I know a few of the lads and they do get paid and its not a bad bit of brass either. Very good set up at Fylde. The coahes they have certainly will not be plying there trade for peanuts either.

ah i must be confused the RFU league structure isnt the best either way its still him playing more for enjoyment than the actual challenge im sure there are clubs at higher levels would of snapped him up if he wanted to take his rugby serious
