So 2011 will be a massive year, for the club, the chairman and whoever is in charge.
All these players are off contract at the end of 2010. Living in Grimsby I don't get to watch Reserve grade rugby, so I don't know who would come in and step up to 1st grade rugby or who we could buy. (I think Carl webb would not be a good idea for 2011, the guy should have come over now 18mths on, who's too say he would be worth the money. Besides at this point in time he is playing 2nd row for the one man team NQC.)

Ian Lenegan did say at a previous fans meeting that it would take until 2010 to start seeing a difference. I think it was in terms of players contracts etc. so here's to a great 2011 season.

2009 has shown (in glimpses) that Wigan can beat anyone

Writing off 2010 already is ridiculous, and almost certainly an attempt by IL to reduce expectation on himself to deliver among fans. I don't blame him its easier to set targets you know can be broken it makes you look better.

Wigan only need to start the season like they finish them and they'd be top 3 at least.


And don't forget Eddie has you as Grand Final dark horses this year let alone 2010!

And therein lies our entire problem, along with the main reason that I want to change the coach.
