| 3 games before we disappear from London until July.....2 of these are must win.
Bradford: This has a chance to be bigger than the opener against Widnes in terms of attracting fans. The club has 3 and a bit weeks to figure out how to get this from a probable gate of 1,500, to an achievable 2,500. But How?
Unblock all social media users immediately. These fans aren't just 'keyboard warriors' but long time Season Ticket Holders who deserved better. They have also dragged many friends and family to games and if it were me, they should each receive 10 free tickets to this game.
Apple launched the first Ever I-pad on April 3rd 2010. Get on the phone and ask if they'd like to celebrate by giving us 5 I-pads in return for Match Day sponsorship.....we could push their Apple TV offer hard to our base and have the prizes drawn at half time.
[url=https://lovewimbledon.org/whatson/cheerleading-course/GET THIS LOT ENGAGED[/url as well as revive Buck'n'Dusty
Free Kids Entry for every adult ticket bought
Push this to the Bulls NOW
Figure out how to hold a post match interview with the coach in the Pub or at least show it on TV screens downstairs
Book a Band for outside the Pub post game
[url=https://news.merton.gov.uk/about-my-merton-magazine/BUY A FULL PAGE IN THIS[/url offering $10 tickets for locals and free kids for all three of these games in return for their contact details. More expensive than a door drop, but 80,000+ houses hit locally has to be good.
Revisit the schools and amateur clubs we've touched through the community team and get them back.
In short, put on a show......let's not just stick posts in the ground and plead with fans to come along on twitter.
Dewsbury & Newcastle. both these games need a repeat of the above with a May Day theme for the first with Morris Dancers an whatever and maybe something to do with the RAF as its the anniversary of the Royal Air Corp............
Point is, we've ALL seen the trajectory of the crowds. Our first 3 at Griffin park were all near enough the same (4,200), Our first 6 at Stoop II were all pretty alike (3,500) with the exception off a HUGE gate for the St Helens opener, the first 6 were all about 1k at the Hive, then they gave up counting at Trailfinders fo a while....but it's fair to say 1k or lower was the first couple of years before back in SL we averaged 2k over the first 6 games.....but our first 3 here have seen a drop of 40%
Odds are the club will do nothing, citing no money, no staff etc, but this is the reality. Dewsbury and Newcastle are bolted on sub 1k's with Bradford a comfortable 1,500 thanks to away fans. We then vanish for 7 weeks before returning to another sub 1k gate befor a hammering at the hands of Fev that nobody will want to pay to watch....by the time we return we may well already have one foot in League 1.......and that really will be a hard sell!

| Not sure who the royal Air corps are. But FYI RAF was April 1
That aside, it would be nice to see something happening heralding the nicer weather and summer rugby with a big gap in home games

Really? The point was the club needed an event and you come up with that? Well pedant, just for you.....
The Royal Flying Corps (my grandfather served in it in world war 1) was the air arm of the British Army during the First World War and it merged with the Naval air branch to become the RAF in 1918.....
The Royal Air Corps was founded on April 13th 1912....April 13th being the date of the Newcastle visit.

....indeed. And as all referees, this pedant was wrong (but he'll claim he was technically right even though he admitted he didn't know who the original post was about so supplemented the RAF for the RAC )

I have plenty of time on my hands at the moment. I am by no means a quality controller, but this "Brave new Dawn" has piqued my interest.
Lots of bravado and bluster but very little delivered as yet.
In the case of ticketing, all home games should be listed and available.....the website is managed by parrot and sparrow.....ticketing partner is ticketco....both have dropped the ball as has the person responsible at the club.
Pathetic.....especially when compared to some of our other Championship sides.

| York were a stand out club for social media engagement towards the end of Oxford RL The club was close to being in its knees a year or two earlier, victim of a very rare Oxford away win up north and shedding fans at an alarming rate. The ground redevelopment then saw them playing at an NCL ground for a while, shedding more fans.
However the club were getting things right behind the scenes, rebuilding links with local community RL, employing a talented young coach and engaging a fan with social media skills to drive community engagement. I believe he was a volunteer, if he's still doing it I suspect the workload means he would be paid something now.
Whilst it has to be said they benefitted from the decline of York City FC, any lower level rugby league club looking for a model club regeneration example could do far worse than talk to York. The behind the scenes work and planning leading up to the move to the new stadium was very impressive.

Aha. I stand corrected and am relieved I don't have to feed you.
Although its a hell of a leap for anyone to believe that you didn't know I was referring to the Royal Flying Corps,.navy background or not and were being a straight up smart @rs3 as well as a pedant
Nearly 4.30pm Wednesday and still a broken link on the banner for the bradford game.
The club are based out of a regus office in Richmond as well as at the ground. It is becoming obvious that the "mates company" eagle and whatever aren't up to the job and are more focused on Wilmslow where most of their clients are I'm not sure who is who's mate here, but Christ WIX and a 1st yr student would be better. Why not Pay someone for 2 days work a week (Matchday and Monday) planning the weeks social media, designing banners, capturing and editing video, as well as capturing game day stuff and updating social media.
Heres a thought. Rather than try to make a snapshot of 20nfans make the place look busy, get pictures of the kids with @buckndusty, pictures of people coming through the turnstiles, people in the bar, folk buying pies.....not just stills of players celebrating a try?
Not a lot to do this week for the back.office. no game, no away trip to dodge (or foreign Twitter to piggyback)....maybe take stock of other clubs web and social media.....because ours is pathetic.
Northener.....here's my grandfather in about 1914. Not sure of rank etc, but he did reconnaissance flights and was based in France for nearly the entire 4 years.

| Perhaps the Broncos could have some presence at this event at Plough Lane two days after the Newcastle match and the start of the summer pitch maintenance break. Simply the visibility to the local community that there is a Rugby League team in town should help.
Apart from a very small minority (of fans) that don't want to share the stadium in any way, I honestly don't see any reason the football club wouldn't want the Broncos involved,

Join us for a Family Fun Day that will celebrate our status as a community club back in Wimbledon.
On Sunday 15 May 2022 (10am – 5pm) – two weeks after the end of our first season at Plough Lane with supporters – we will be opening our doors to the community for a fantastic event.
With all funds to be donated to our Dons Local Action Group, just donate a tin of food and enjoy alternative entertainment at the Cherry Red Records Stadium!
There’s fun for all the family, including live music and interviews with Wimbledon legends (past and present), plus festival style food stalls, cocktails, and drinks from the Phoenix.
Other attractions include shopping stalls, a picnic area on the pitch, tours of the stadium, fair rides, inflatables, face paints, a sponsored abseil, the premiere of Wimbledon in Sporting History’s new movie ‘Wombles from the Lane’. Though football is not the main focus after the end of the season, we will be hosting five-a-side tournaments on the main pitch, beat the keeper games, and more.
We can’t wait to welcome you!

| As of 8.45pm, The banner advertising the Bradford game still lands at a page announcing that York tickets are no longer available.
The recent recruitment adverts described London Broncos as "a Professional Rugby League Club"........they lied!
In terms of an open goal to promote ourselves to Kids, our goal-posts will be up on Friday the 13th, so have them at one end of the park, beat the keeper at the other. Run a conversion comp with prizes, get 100 T-shirts, 100 Tote bags, 100 APX SOOOOOPER Water Bottles and other assorted stuff as well as handfuls of tickets for the Sheffield game and a prize draw for a Box at that game.....Buck and Dusty can wander about. I'd also heavily push the RLWC.....maybe get the RFL to help out???
As others have said......let's see if they can get their lazy overpaid butts into action
