I see that the 50% discount offer for Magic tickets has been extended until the 19th May. It makes me think that tickets sales are not as good as expected. It will be interesting to see that attendance for the weekend.

Hopefully they will see this is the wrong venue for the event.
Think the spurs bid for next year could be interesting.
Let's hope we can defy the odds and still have a super league presence in the capital

It is the weekend of the Liverpool marathon. Which is not well thought out.
I know some are not going because they dislike the stadium.

It's a mate's birthday do up in Northumberland, one o the big ones with a zero at the end.
Shame to have to miss it seeing as how important a bearing on our season the Leeds game will have.

How wonderful it will be if we can beat Leeds next weekend. They looked awful tonight against Castleford. Glad I am going now.

I'm leaving it late because I've got a lot of other things on at the minute. But I'm sorely tempted. Will be even moreso if we can snatch something against Trinity this weekend...

I meant today as I've got a season ticket although I'm forcing myself to go my mrs has only used hers once this season and doesn't intend to go until relegated. I guess we're the opposite of a gloryhunter.

I know two people who are going now following our victory yesterday.

flying home Sunday night and the logistics wouldn't allow it......but I'd love to have gone. A true relegation 4 pointer if ever there was such a thing.

What did people think of Anfield for Magic?

We only went for the Sunday. Two days sitting in those seats would have been agony. There is not enough legroom for normal adults. You may be able suffer to watch a 90 min football game, but three games of rugby was too much for many of us. Two days of it would have been dreadful.
If you were not there you might find it hard to believe it but they ran out of beer on Saturday. Emergency beer supplies had to be rushed in for Sunday, but its availability where we were was sporadic at times.
Apparently people struggled to get out to the ground by public transport, returning to the city after the games, I understand was worse. We drove up and parked in Stanley Park with ease and leaving was no problem although we left before the end of the last game.
In all the atmosphere was great. The downside was the ground is out on a limb and with nothing much to tempt you away, you are stuck with what is available at the Anfield. I did, I must say enjoy the day.

If its Anfield next year and we are involved woujd you go next year bosty? Think that's the avid test? I really didnt enjoy Anfield for the international last year.
