Very unfair on fans when the trains are so expensive! Scuppered my plans I think!

Has anybody told big Cliffy. When this happened to him last year (when Salford game was moved). I thought he was going to have a heart attack... I really hope he has not got his tickets, or you will have a world record set on Sun for the most use of the word "Khazi" in a sentence.

After the performance on fri am not that surprised they have picked it as a tv game though it could be a pivotal game for both teams, us for chance at MP game same for Widnes depending on how they got on against KR.

My return tickets were only £30, so I suppose the club has saved me money on entrance ticket, burgers and beer.



I will be watching Spurs v Swansea at another north west London stadium near Ealing.

I suppose this could have been worse. We could have been given the Friday night game!

How cone yr tickets were so much bosty

Three of us traveling from Kent. So it is High Speed to St Pancras. Tube to Euston. Euston to Runcorn and back same day. 226 English Pounds.

Actually, this is one of the reasons that I enjoy us being in the Championship. Where most games are 3pm on Sundays and Sky TV do not bother us with their presence. So pretty much, no short notice game changes.

Normal tickets or advance? You can get a refund on normal

Our tickets were advanced purchase, so could not be changed. However I have given them to the postman who delivers to my firm. He comes from Liverpool. He is going to take his wife and daughter to see his parents. So at least they will not be wasted.

It's catch 22 really, if you book in advance its cheaper, but tickets cannot be changed or refunded, the only fare that was refundable for me would be £84, minus a £10 admin fee, so its a lose lose for me,

I have to give 28 days notice for annual leave

But hey, what does sky/club really think of the fans,

The powers that be have no idea as to the effort and cost involved in following the club away.
There is never any consideration as to how their changes affect us.
It is probably because we are few in number that some of these decisions are made.
It is amazing how many actually do travel. Then when away we often get the. Did you all come in the same taxi taunt. Or London has all the RLs money. Yawn!
I like to pay at games up north with Fifty Pound Notes. It really pees them off.

What have we done to deserve this. Now I have bought new train tickets for tomorrow, having given away my Sunday tickets. There has been a trackside fire at Harrow. No West Coast trains in or out of Euston today for certain. Every possibility that things will not be sorted until Monday.
I am just keeping my fingers crossed that they get the wall fixed today.

Is there not any alternative trains (e.g. West then North via Birmingham)? I used to get the train from Reading and it went via Birmingham New Street.

I'll be driving from Reading tomorrow morning and coming back Sunday, but will be supporting the home team

It looks like there will be disruption, but trains will be running. I am most concerned about getting home on Saturday night. As I need to get back to Kent.
