"We've reviewed the video of the last few games. We note that our defence outwide is constantly exposed with overlaps, but no matter how hard I try, I just can't work out how to stop this happening. Pretty much in my opinion what he says (or if he has any brain is thinking).

Here are the points he needs to put in place for this team -

1) ability to run at pace and pass a ball accurately.
2) ability to see space, injured/weak defenders and actually attack it.
3) ability to tackle and stop off-loads.
4) ability to keep our defensive discipline and not give a 3 man overlap an easy walk in on the outside.
5) pray to budda that we can go through 80 minutes without dropping the ball.
