Is there any chance that Cook, Bailey and Dixon will be fit in time for Saturday ? I am guessing no, but given the lack of updates, maybe .... it would be a real coup.

If we could go out with a line up - Robertson, Colbon, Lloyd, Sarginson, Dixon, Soward, Witt, Bryant, Fisher, Wheeldon, Rodney, Bailey, Kaufusi .... Lee, Cook, Krasniqi, Dorn, we might stand a fighting chance at least, defensively frail, but some attacking potential.

Of the three only Cook is possible. It's a one-off we just have to go for it. If we do we can win some hearts and minds and that would be a first this season!

I'm guessing that Lloyd won't be able to play also as it's his former club. Shaw is cup-tied so we have a centre problem yet again.

I hope Fisher doesn't make the 17. He's dropping off more and more tackles as the weeks go by.

Same goes for Wheeldon who's been allowed to lose the fitness he had at the back end of 2012.

I would go with this team from those who are at least 50/50 fit

Apparently they are going to play 'Come on Eileen' on Saturday before the game, you know the one that starts 'Poor old Tony Rea' !

Fairbank didn't play against Sheffield did he, so I presume he's unavailable.

According to TR. Witt, Cook, Robertson, Sarg and Clubb are all only 50/50 to make it for Saturdays game. all will have late fittest tests (today or tomorrow). Then TR know where he stands to what team he can put together.
A little good news is Soward is fit enough to play. I expect Lloyd will get to play as they allow him to play in the other game, its Fairbank who Hudds wont allow to play, unless of course now they out of the cup they give us permission to play him.

Maybe now it proofs that we are down in numbers that the so called pundits at Sky kept saying they didn't believe and that we had rested them and just claimed all were injured, and would all be back and fit and rested ready to go in CC semi final. Which really annoyed me when the same so called pundits said that the Wire and Wigan players who didn't play over the weekend were injured and not rested unlike London.

I got a bit pi##ed about this when Sky covered our CC game and all these idiots were there and saw Clubb and Witt go off injured (cant say same about Sarg as didn't see him go off), and also commented on Robertson who was limping.

But no its all made up from us, but not when it comes to the other teams....



Also don't have anything against Melling. but he don't bring anything to his or our game out on the wing, its a shame we don't have anyone else to fill in there and to big a game to ask one of the U19s to step up.

If Dixon has broken a finger then tape it to the next one and get out there.

Agree with Paddock, must be more too it. Also can't see Wigan allowing Lloyd to play at all.

I can't muster up any optimism for the game at all. Would be a monumental upset if we win.

There will be a few heart-attacks in Red Hall if we win!

It all depends what script they will be given, it is getting more like the old ITV wrestling ever day, and we know what happened to that.
