Just booked Sheffield tickets, of course no longer using Stoop system so details all have to be given again. Then the tickets are coming recorded delivery. "Will there be any one to sign for them" no was my reply. Why can't they just be sent normal post? Well if they get stolen we need to track who signed for them. Pointed out that in 6 years having tickets sent from the Stoop never had a problem. No still had to be recorded delivery. Well how about to keep admin costs down I pick them up at the Salford game, they won't be ready by then!.

i had three items sent to me recorded delivery in the space of a few days earlier this year. Our postie (we seem to get a different one every day) collected a signature for just one of the three.

Was told my tickets would arrive about a week before.
No mention of recorded delivery though.

Tickets arrived today as registered post but were just stuck through the letter
box so hopefully you will be ok Paddock.
Tickets are of the General Admission variety.

Another admin moan. Registered my interest in the Bus via the email the club put out. As I hadn't heard anything I phoned up today. Yes they had got my email but were still sorting things out and would let us know when they were sorted. I did point out that there was only a week to go.

Surely good customer practice would have been to respond by email to each enquiry, acknowledging your interest and saying that they would be in touch

That's a point. What's happening with a coach. Seem to remember club said it was running one. Got email for feedback from 1/4 then nada.
