Wire are down in the capital on the following weekend too, thus providing ready-made excuses for all sorts of stuff.

Which probably means even more empty seats because I would imagine most would prefer to travel down for the following weeks game

Out of curiosity, can anyone remember when we were last at home on Sky on a Friday?

As we only get two games a year (plus magic weekend) I wouldnt like to hazard a guess when the last game was. Somehow this year SKY have excelled and this will be our third. According to Warrington they will not rest players as there is too much riding on beating us. They want to go back above wigan.

... and that's the second ready-made excuse.

Looking forward to this game even more now..........if they have one eye on the CC Final, maybe, just maybe we could get close to them......

Wakey I think, which explains why the game is televised as every club is entitled to two home games on SKY a season.

I can't think of our last home televised game this year - has there been one? Hudds, when we were QuinsRL, was the last televised home game I can remember on 4/3/11 although was the 22/4/11 Cats game was televised too - the brain is too fuzzy to remember.

The Catalans match at the Stoop on Maundy Thursday (early April I think) was our last TV game barring Magic Weekend. Hope this one sees more people, I tried defending it last time but couldn't get far.

I don't think that one was on the TV, could be wrong but I don't remember it being on the box.

Whoops, you're dead right, I'm getting the matches that week mixed up - it was the home match against Wakefield that was televised.
