| Before I ask the question I must declare that I am a Halifax fan who wants expansion and is really excited about the future of RL in London with all the development work that is going on.
Question
Would it be good for quins rl to spend the next 3 year franchise in the championship so that it could further develop its youngters. Also, hopefully the club could win the majority of its games which would increase the crowds because people like to watch a winning team. Hopefully the club would come back to SL in 3 years with a team of locally based players and decent crowds and would make a better base to challenge for a top 8 spot.

| Out of curiosity which team would you want to replace us for the 3 years?
Would that team have a big crowd or the 4k average from last time in SL with no development players in the team........and maybe play in blue sox
Batley would do SL proud

No. We would proberbly lose more fans than we would gain.

| I don't think the crowds would plummet if we were in the championship, however I don't think three years would benefit us in the championship, too many of our big name players would go, and it would be harder sign good players to complement the youth coming through, I know it isn't possible at the moment but a year might have done us well but 3 years would be too long imo

| No. Dropping to the Championship would be a disaster. We would never come back.

| An emphatic no then. I only asked because it seems your only a couple of years away from being a competitive team with all the development going on down there.
Good luck, I think the game would benefit from a strong London team and I hope suuporters down there keep the faith because it can't be far until you turn the corner.
