Does anyone know if you can buy half season tickets on the day Sunday?
I shot off an email to the club a couple of days ago without response (must be dealing with the masses of ST holders and sales for Sunday).
I know you can get them online, but the system has been down for the last couple of evenings....
No wonder our crowds are the way they are, this club never seems to be able to get the basics right.

E-mailing the ticket office is pointless, they never reply. Petra Walsh always replies though.

I'm sure that even if you can't buy one before the game on Sunday and have to buy a ticket to get in if you approach PB, Petra or someone else from the club they will ensure that you won't lose out.
Ticket office is run by the RU remember.

Has to be open to sell tickets for the day's game, so you'd expect them to be able to sell you a 1/2ST. |

The online ticket office is hopeless. The first year at The Stoop I regularly bought single match tickets - no problem. The second year I wanted to buy a season ticket, and I wanted the "1+1" offer we had that year whereby you could get a free junior ST with an adult ST - but that wasn't available online. The third year I didn't get a ST, but when I tried to buy match tickets online it seemed my membership of the online ticket office had expired as I hadn't used it for a year. (Hardly surprising as I'd bought a ST at the start of the previous year!) I then tried to re-register, but it wouldn't accept my personal details as I was already registered! At that point I gave up and have since bought tickets either over the telephone or on the day.

Ticket office were selling half season tickets today - managed to get mine. Was told that website had been checked and had not been down at all this week!!!!????? Probably a browser problem
