Never listen to the commentary of an epic Quins RL victory in the Quiet coach when travelling Virgin Trains................. a party pooper in a three piece suit reported me to the Train Manager during my trip back from a week in Manchester this evening and I was asked to ease off on the exhuberance or get off at the next stop!!!!! unfortunately the train was packed with no other seats and the next stop was Stoke on Trent......a few other passengers heard why I was being asked to quieten down and quickly became closet Quins fans joining in my "get in's" and cheers at appropriate moments........said party pooper went trotting off twice to find the train manager with a view to getting me ejected to no avail!!!! On disembarkation at Euston the train manager revealed himself as a Salford fan and had spent most of the journey locked in his office listening to the commentary. The suit was last seen trotting off to the customer service desk...!!!

Question is though - if you had been in Manchester why didn't you get to the game?

Unfortunately I had to be back in London at 10pm ready to go straight on to another job which started at midnight - Oh the joys of self employment and weird job start/finish times !

I had been in Manchester all week and had seriously considered extending my stay to take in the game but was unable to get cover for my London job.

Apart from the wi-fi connection dropping a couple of times I managed to catch the whole game and all of the second half!!!
