The Club have messaged me on facebook announcing a competition for free tickets to the storm game with air stewards serving drinks to my seat.....it's on the club site as well.
Can anyone let me know if this brilliant offer has been promoted to anyone OTHER THAN QUINS FANS WHO WILL PROBABLY BE GOING TO THE GAME ALREADY?

Where is the massive Marketing campaign? The RFL showed the way last year by marketing this game and getting the gate receipts....did Quins Learn anything?

I'm not on the FB group, so no message for me. But the club have my e-mail address, so I sould get an e-mail shouldn't I.... not a chance, it's never happened yet. I actually noticed the competition by going to the Quins official site though, but I shouldn't have to go finding these things, they should be actively contacting all automatically on the database, it's hardly rocket science

Oh, and somebody mentioned a ticket offer for the last Sundays game had been announced on the FB page too, that never appeared on the Quins site either

2 facebook groups. 1 Sends messages to the group the other updates the page which in turn alerts the members....
Email addresses have always been an issue with the club as the databases are not all held in one place. I would suggest that you re-sign up for the newsletter and joint the FB groups if you'd like to know what's going on as I doubt you'll read it in Metro/Evening Standard
