Happy they've gone with Chad. He's a good leader and consummate professional.
The club deserve a pat on the back as well. This is the top story on the BBC and SportingLife websites and has been for much of the day. They could have said nothing, but they made a story out of it and got some publicity going.
I'm sure if it had been a busier day it might not be top story, but that's the chance you take.
