Enjoyed the trip to South wales last season.

We brought a big following last year thanks to GF's coach. Hopefully the club can organise something similar this year.

Actually it's very thoughtful as I'd already jumped the gun and booked up to go to their first home game with Leeds thinking it would be a unique (or at least rare) chance to see RL at Wrexham. (I like visiting new grounds for the first time and I'm really looking forward to that.) I notice the precise venue for our match still seems undecided: Neath? Bridgend? Newport?

I was lining up the South Wales v Skolars match on the last Sunday of March, but if our game is at Neath the following weekend that one loses its appeal.

Given the Crusaders fans response to recent developments I think they may turn up and support us. It is all very sad, but I wish both the Crusaders and South Wales the best of luck this season they will need it!

Loved the visit to Bridgend last season, the Celtic supporters were a fantastic bunch, and a great craic in the bar after the match. I think most of them will transfer their support to South Wales RLFC. Celtic treated their supporters disgracefully.

I will not be attending this match, regardless of its location. Can't stand Wales.

I go to more than enough games home and away to be able to pick and choose without being questioned.

On the subject of away travel, why don't [uthe club[/u try to cut a deal with one of the hotel groups for a group discounted rate? A few Friday games would be opened up if return coach and a room could be offered for say 60 quid.....
Wigan, Leeds, FC, Bradford, Salford and Saints are all currently scheduled for Fridays....and Sky have yet to get busy, so maybe another one or 2 will be moved.
If this is too much, why not target 1 game and try to get 1,000 fans travelling to one game? Pick one NOW, contact SKY/RFL and then market it....with the cost payable by 4 instalments from NOW!!!!
It would be good to hear of 1,000 away fans for what could possibly be the last away game at Knowsley hole. I am sure Saints would make an effort with prices for this as well.......

I suggested the same to Keighley/Dewsbury as both games between them were on the TV last season , ie a ' challenge ' as to who could bring the most fans to the others match

That's more or less my own approach. It's not practical for me to get to all games, so I pick and choose. I always seem to end up going to Wakefield, Castleford and Huddersfield; I probably wouldn't have gone to Bridgend again. However, I do enjoy seeing a game at a ground I've never previously visited, so Neath this season will be a priority for me.
